The review <br />included an investigation of any stipulations imposed, and any responses to existing stipulations <br />received, since the last midterm review. Any stipulations associated with this permit and issued over <br />the life of this operation which are not discussed in this renewal application have been complied with <br />or, terminated. <br />Stipulation No 21 was attached to the permit in conjunction with Permit Renewal No. 6 (approved in <br />July 2013). Stipulation No. 21 states that: <br />The operator must submit and receive approval for a permit or technical revision to update the <br />drainage and sediment control plan prior to any disturbance outside of the currently approved <br />drainage and sediment control plan boundary. <br />Page 4 <br />Trapper RN7 Prepared by: R.
