November 29, 2017 <br />Ms. Amy Eschberger RECEIVED <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety DEC a 7 201 <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 ONISONOFRECLAFtAnol4 <br />MNNGAND SAFMY <br />Ms. Eschberger, <br />As a resident and property owner in the Southwest Highway 115 area, I object to Transit <br />Mix Concrete Company's (TM's) application M2017-049 to establish a quarry on Hitch <br />Rack Ranch. <br />The application jeopardizes the water resources of local residents, fails to protect critical <br />wildlife habitat, and violates the easement rights of several property owners along Little <br />Turkey Creek Road.
