4. T he Board suggest�,that a photographic record of the pre-exploration and post-exploration conditions be kept by the <br /> explorer. These photos should be taken from the sane location and by the saute method to clear!} shosti the <br /> pre-exploration condition of the lard and the reclamation efforts. Upon completion ofreclamation and request for bond <br /> or surety release.the Board shall consider the photos as eti idence of adequate reclamation.and thus,be able to act more <br /> quickly on the request for release.' <br /> 10. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXPLORATION OPERATIONS: <br /> A. Reclamation measures shall be fulfilled in a timeN manner. <br /> B. Thc�exploration oneffatiops described in this Notice brill be conducted in such a rn inner as to minimize gtrrfar e <br /> disturbances_ In addition to the measures required in Rules 3.1 and 5.5.2.precautions to be taken include: <br /> I. Confinement of operations to areas near existing roads or trails_Miere practicable: <br /> ?. Drillin;shall be conducted in such a way as to present cuttings and fluids from direct!}entering any dr} <br /> or flowin-stream channel: <br /> 3. Timely abandonment ofdrill holes upon completion as required by Rule 5.4; <br /> C. It is the explorer's obligation to conduct the exploration operations in such a manner as to comply with all <br /> applicable state and federal air and dater quality labs and regulations. <br /> D. "11te exploration operations shall be conducted so as to minimize adserse effects upon bbildlife. <br /> E:. During the exploration operations,the operator«ill perform the necessary stabilization and reclamation cork to <br /> prevent significant alteration to the geontorphic processes at the site. <br /> F. All exploration operations shall be in compliance with the Colorado Land Reclamation.act for the Extraction of <br /> Construction Materials,as amended,and any rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto. <br /> G. •fhe Board shall determine(b+here there is a question)if an operation is exploration or tninin r. <br /> H.
