(GSB) is responding to the adequacy letter regarding Technical Revision <br /> number 4 for inert backfill. The adequacy letter dated November 17, 2017 requests that: <br /> 1. The Operator stated an affidavit was attached certifying the sand and clay material from Sedalia <br /> Landfill and scrap brick (grog) is inert and clean. The Division did not receive the signed affidavit <br /> certifying the Sedalia Landfill material is clean and inert.
