Walker:
On November 27, 2017, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the
succession of operators from 42 Mining Company Ltd. to Walker Ruby Mining Company, Inc.
for this operation. Walker Ruby Mining Company, Inc. is now the permitted operator of the
Ruby Trust Mine, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in M-1979-181, as well as those
specified in the Rules and Regulations. 42 Mining Company Ltd. is relieved of all
responsibilities concerning this operation.
Please Note:
1.
