We value our historic open and professional
working relationship with DRMS. Additionally, Climax reserves its right to appeal point of compliance and numeric
protection level setting decisions, including the implementation by DRMS of any of the Water
Quality Control Commission's water quality standards for groundwater.
Thank you again for the Division's timely clarification.
Sincerely,
Ttl
Raymond Lazuk
Environmental Manager
c: Ginny Brannon
Tony Waldron
Eric Scott
Scott Schultz
