Please update <br />the table of contents accordingly. <br />Response: The Table of Contents has been corrected, and copies of the corrected page accompany these responses. <br />2) Please add Figure 2.05.4 -FI: Typical Portal Seals location to the table of contents. <br />Response: The Table of Contents has been updated to reference the noted figure, and copies of the corrected page <br />accompany these responses. <br />2.03.4 — Identification of Interests <br />3) The Division conducted a review of Exhibit No. 2.03.4-E3; Owner, Officer and Director Information by <br />comparing the information in this exhibit to the Applicant Violator System (AVS). Please address the <br />following: <br />a. The following Officers listed in AVS for Peabody Energy Corporation are not listed on the Officers list in <br />above reference exhibit; Walter Hawkins Jr., Delbert L. Lobb Jr. and Julie A. Nadolny. Please update this <br />exhibit as necessary. <br />b. The following Officers are listed on the Officers list in the above referenced exhibit but are not listed as <br />active officers in AVS. For Peabody Energy Corporation; Martin D. Considine, Robyn Bryer Helmer, <br />Kentland D. Holcomb, Antonnette M. Jackson, Kelly F Mader, Richard D Robison, Chris A Shelton and <br />Edward L Sullivan. Please update this exhibit as necessary. <br />Response: Several updates of the officer and director information have occurred since the original adequacy letter. <br />This information has been updated to reflect updates to the AVS system through 08/22/17. Copies of the updated <br />information accompany these responses. <br />4) Please review section 2.03.4(4) of the permit and update Exhibit 2.03.4-E4 as necessary to list all of the <br />current, previous and pending coal mining permits held by the applicant or by any person who owns or <br />controls the applicant. <br />Response: The listing of permits related by company ownership has been reviewed and updated. Copies of the <br />updated information accompany these responses. <br />5) In accordance with Rule 2.03.4(6), please review section 2.03.4(6) of the permit and update the permit text with <br />any changes in ownership that have occurred. Also, if there are any changes please update Map 2.03.4 -MI, <br />M2, M3 and Exhibit 2.03.4-E4 as necessary. <br />Response: The surface and mineral ownership information has been reviewed and updated, as appropriate to <br />reflect any changes in ownership. Copies of the related updated permit text, maps, and exhibit materials <br />accompany these responses. <br />
