All <br /> remaining portions of the property have been reclaimed in accordance with the permit. A revised <br /> Mine Plan Map and Reclamation Plan Map are attached to this application. The revised bond <br /> calculation is below. <br /> 1. Bond Calculation <br /> The new bond at the Preston Pit will be dictated by the worst-case reclamation scenario for the <br /> remainder of the operation. That scenario is the current mining activity. Topsoiling and seeding <br /> of the disturbed areas is all that remains.
