Russell, Environmental Protection Specialist, DRMS <br />RE: Notice of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Amendment Application <br />Consideration <br />Colorado Quarries Inc., Red Jasper Granite, Permit No. M-1982-200 - AM01 <br />Please be advised that on November 22, 2017, Colorado Quarries Inc., whose address and telephone number <br />are 270 S 15th St., Canon City, CO 81212; (719) 275-6894, fled an Amendment application to M -I982- <br />200, Red Jasper Granite, which is located at or near Section 3, Township 15S, Range 71W, 61" Principle <br />Meridian, in Teller County. The application decision is scheduled for December 22, 2017. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Teller County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the <br />office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections of the mine plan and/or the reclamation plan, they must be <br />submitted within ten (10) days of the date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the application <br />review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date.
