We <br /> have retained Mr. Jeff Pillus, P.E. of Durango Colorado to accomplish this task. <br /> 3) We understand that the Board requires that we include the easement for our water <br /> pipeline in the 110 permit so it is covered in the reclamation bond which we have in <br /> place.
