The requirements of the stipulations were incorporated into the permit text in Minor <br />Revision 19 (MR -19) which was approved on May 18, 2017. All other requirements and dates of the mining <br />permit remain the same. <br />Enclosed you will find two signed Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety Mining Permit <br />documents. An authorized representative of Elk Ridge Mining and Reclamation, LLC needs to sign both <br />documents and have them notarized.
