COMMENTS

This was a complete inspection conducted by Janet Binns of DRMS. The Fruita Loadout is in temporary
cessation, and no activity has commenced on the site. No opertor is on site. No permit releated disturbances have
occured on the site.

The weather was warm and mild. The site was dry.
AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS – Rule 5.02.4(1):
Permit records are stored and maintained at the offices of J. E. Stover and associates. Records were
checked in the morning of 11/15/2017 and found to be in order and up to date.

GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE:
No concerns were noted with the site.

SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02:
The mine ID sign is posted and found to contain the information required. Permit boundary markers were
visible on the north side of the permit area.
