(Colowyo), the Division has the following <br />comment: <br />Division: The Division has performed a reclamation cost estimate to reclaim 0.5 acres of disturbance <br />associated with the addition of the clean water- ditch CWD-5. The total value of this estimate is $584.77 (see <br />attached cost estimate). The Division's cost estimate is consistent with previous cost estimates approved by <br />both the Division and Cololtyo. The Division respec f Illy requests a responsefr om Colowyo with any questions <br />regarding the cost estimate or an acceptance of the Division's estimate. <br />Colowyo: The Division estimates that there will be 972 LCY of material needed to be available for reclamation <br />of the CWD-5 ditch. Given the configuration of the ditch presented in Exhibit 7, Item 23, Part A and the length <br />provided Exhibit 7-23, Figure A6, the correct amount of material is 222 LCY. Please revise the reclamation <br />cost estimate for TR -114 with the correct amount of material. <br />Division: The Division has reviewed its original cost estimate and agree with Colowyo's material amount of <br />222 LCY is more accurate for the regrade work necessary to reclaim the CWD-5 ditch. As part of the review, <br />the Division discovered that the cost for reseeded the 0.5 acres of disturbance associated with the CWD-5 ditch <br />was accidentally omitted and has now been included in the RCE. The total value of this estimate is $904.35 <br />(see attached cost estimate).
