19 November, 2017 C-1981-010/Trapper Mine RAR <br /> <br /> <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br /> <br /> Page 4 of 8 <br /> <br /> Photo 3: Baby Doe was casting spoil, the other two lines were idle. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> <br />o Topsoil stockpiles observed <br />were clearly marked with identifying <br />signs. <br />o The mine site identification <br />sign inside the entrance to the facilities <br />from CO 13 South was intact, <br />displaying all required information: <br />mine name, operator name, address, <br />phone number, DRMS permit number <br />and contact information, as were others <br />checked at the site. <br />o Permit boundary markers were <br />checked along the north and west <br />perimeters and found, with a couple of <br />exceptions, to be visible and in good <br />repair. <br />o Blasting notification signs <br />observed were placed according to rule <br />4.02.6. <br /> <br /> <br />Photo 4: Signs for mine identification, and <br />warning of blasting at the mine at west permit <br />boundary.
