HAYES, I BET YOU THAT I'M THE LAST PERSON YOU WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM THIS YEAR, BUT I <br /> THOUGHT I WOULD BRING SOME MORE INFORMATION TO YOUR ATTENTION CONCERNING THE LOLOFF <br /> PIT,AND THE OPERATIONS THERE OF. BUT FIRST I HAVE ACQUIRED THE PROPERTY+OR-10 ACRES <br /> IMMEDIATELY TO THE EAST OF MY ORIGIONAL PROPERTY, LAST YEAR IN JULY, IT ALSO BORDERS THE <br /> LOLOFF PIT.THE ADDRESS IS 701 BALSAM AVENUE,AND IT ALSO HAS WATER RIGHTS, REGISTERED, <br /> ONES,AND ALL OF THESE WELLS ARE DRIED UP,AND NON FUNCTIONAL AS WELL AS MINE. I NOW HAVE <br /> FIVE (5) DRIED UP AND NON FUNCTIONAL WATER WELLS. <br /> IN OUR LAST CONVERSATIONS WITH EACH OTHER, MY CONCERNS ARE STILL THE SAME BUT NOW ARE <br /> AMPLIFIED TO A MUCH GREATER EXTENT, WATER USAGE,ALONG WITH MY PROPERTIES USED AS THE <br /> MILL IRON MINING PITS SILT AND SEDIMENT PONDS. THIS IS GOING TO REQUIRE EVEN MORE MONIES <br /> TO REMOVE AND TO REHIBILITATE THIS WATERWAY. I AM THE SOLE OWNER OF THE WATERWAY, IT <br /> STRETCHES NEARLY A HALF A MILE FROM THE BEGINNING AT 351, EAST 8T"ALL THE WAY THROUGH TO <br /> THE EAST BOUNDRY OF 701 BALSAM, AND IN PLACES UP TO 100 FEET WIDE. THIS WATERWAY HAS A <br /> BURDEN OF BEING PLUGGED AND CHOKED BY THE MINING OPERATIONS PIT, IN PLACES WHEN WE GET <br /> A DOWN POUR THE RUNNOFF HAS NO PLACE TO GO BUT OVER THE BANKS AND INTO THE FIELDS OF <br /> ALFALFA,THERE IT STAYS UP TO THREE MONTHS UNTIL EVAPORATION OCCOURS,SOME AREAS ARE <br /> STILL FLOODED BY RAINS AND PIT PUMPS. <br /> AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS SEASON, BESIDES THE PIT WAS TO BE COMPLETED BY NOW, MR. HODGE <br /> ASSURED ME I WOULD HAVE AMPLE WATER AND HE WOULD SUPPLY ME WITH THE PIPING AND HOSES <br /> TO MAINTAIN MY SPRING AND SUMMERAND FALL WATERING NEEDS, FROM THE PIT.THIS PROMISE <br /> LIKE ALL OF THE REST NEVER MATERIALIZED,AND HAVING TO IMPROVISE, I SPENT LOTS OF MONEY, <br /> AND TIME TO MEET MY WATERING NEEDS.THE FACT THAT I CANNOT UTILIZE CLEAN IRRIGATION <br /> WATER FOR MY CROPS AND PERSONAL NEEDS SUCH AS POTABLE WATER FOR MY SHOP AND SECOND <br /> HOUSE,AND THE SAME AT THE 701 BALSAM PROPERTY, IS AGAINST THE LAW. <br />
