On November 8, 2017, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the succession of
operators from R N P Enterprises, Inc. to Bower Brothers Construction, Inc. for this operation. Bower
Brothers Construction, Inc. is now the permitted operator of the Hertzog Pit, and as such, is responsible
for all provisions in M-1981-276,as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations.
Enclosed are the following bond and the Performance Warranty you originally provided.
