EXHIBIT H <br /> MINED LAND WILDLIFE STATEMENT/EVALUATION (Revised) <br /> for limited impact and select regular mime applications <br /> The following information pertaining to wildlife is provided for use by Mined <br /> Land Reclamation Hoard in their consideration of a mining permit for: <br /> General Refractories Co. 225, NW},SE},Sec 30 Range 67 West <br /> Name/Type and Location of Mine (Legal) <br /> Wildlife Species list: Deer, coyote, fox, assorted small mammals, and <br /> many assorted non-game bird species, bobcat, red-tail hawk <br /> Endangered/critical species/impacted: Bone known <br /> Critical habitats/vegetative communities impacted: Primarily pinon-oak community. <br /> No wetland involved in project. <br /> Assessment of impact: Impact should be minimal <br /> Mine Reclamation recommendations (include key species/habitats for which <br /> restoration is designed). Reclamation should follow the S.C.S. recommendations <br /> and the plants should be viable for two growing seasons.
