<br />PUBLIC NOTICE
<br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining
<br />and Safety is proposing to Approve the partial
<br />release of coal exploration bonds submitted by
<br />Blue Mountain Energy, Inc. for Notice of Intent
<br />No.(s) X-2007-230-00, X-2008-230-01, X-2008-
<br />230-02, X-2011-230-03, and X-2013-230-04.
<br />The bonds were submitted to cover reclamation
<br />costs of exploration drill holes in Moffat County.
<br />An inspection showed that all disturbances asso-
<br />ciated with the project have been adequately
<br />reclaimed.
<br />The legal description for the project is:
<br />Sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, 34, 35
<br />Township 3 North, Range 101 West, Sections 24,
<br />25, Township 3 North, Range 102 West, Section
<br />7, 8,17,18,19, 20, Township 2 North, Range 100
<br />West Sections 12,13,14, 24, Township 2 North,
<br />Range 101 West.
<br />Any person with an interest which may be
<br />adversely affected by this proposed decision may
<br />submit written comments, or a written request for
<br />an adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado
<br />Mined Land Reclamation Board, to the Division at
<br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver,
<br />Colorado 80203. Such comments should be
<br />submitted within 30 days of the second publica-
<br />tion of this notice.

<br />owner/publisher of the Rio Blanco Herald Times,
<br />formerly known as The Meeker Herald and The Rangely

<br />advertisements within the meaning of the laws of the
<br />State of Colorado.

<br />published in the regular and entire issue of every number
<br />of said weekly newspaper for the period of
<br />consecutive insertions; and that the first publication of
<br />said notice was in the issue of said newspaper dated
