C-1996-083. Technical revision no. 114 will re- vise the location and design of the East undardrain at gob pile q3. Most of the mine facilities are lo- cated north of Bowie Road near the old town of Bowie, CO. A pump station, three sediment ponds, the unit train loadout and a coal mine waste pile are located south of Bowie Road. The Fire Mountain Canal is located south of the mine facilities and north of the unit train loading. The North Fork of the Gunnison River is located south of the mine permit boundary. The mine permit area is located on the U.S. Geological Survey 7.5 minute Bowie and Gray Reservoir Quad- rangle maps within the following sections.
