Costilla St., Colorado Springs, CO 80903; (719) 475-0700, filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface mining and <br />reclamation operation, at or near Section 16, Township 16N, Range 67W, 6th Principle Meridian, in El Paso County. <br />Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. Affected lands <br />will be reclaimed to support a Wildlife habitat post -mining land use.
