EXHIBIT G <br />Roadway Easement <br />This roadway easement agreement is entered into this 1°` day of January, 1995 by <br />and between Werner Lengacher and Ginger Lengacher, Grantors, and Colorado Quarries, <br />Inc, a Colorado Corporation, Grantee <br />1. Grantors grant to Grantee an easement for fifty (50) years through their <br />property located at 13729 County Road 102, Guffey, Colorado, for access only to mining <br />property of Colorado Quarries, Inc for the purposes of conducting mining activities by <br />the Grantee. Such mining property described as such: <br />That certain unpatented placer mining claim known as the Red Crystal Placer, <br />being located in the Section 34, T14S, R71W of 6a' P.M., Teller County, Colorado and <br />being described in a location certificate no. 158233 filed -April 15, 1950 in Teller County <br />Records. <br />2. The roadway access is exclusive to Grantee and shall be open for use by the <br />Grantors and Grantee. <br />3. The right to use the roadway is granted on the condition that the Grantee shall <br />pay to the Grantors the sum of $1.00 per year, payable in 2005, the total sum <br />of $50.00. <br />4. The gate shall be closed and locked at all times, except when in use. <br />5. Any requests for renewal of this agreement shall be delivered to Grantors, in <br />writing, at least thirty days prior to the end of this easement agreement.
