Breeze Basin Resources, Inc. developed <br /> Frentress Gravel Pit and was the original Permitee. Breeze Basin Resources, Inc. leased from <br /> three different persons the gravel, sand, rock, pit run and dirt and the right to quarry, mine, <br /> remove and market the material from the real property identified the Exhibit A attached to each <br /> lease. By the Assignment of the three leases J. Quarter Circle Mineral Co., LLC has acquired the <br /> right to continue to operate the gravel pit which is located upon the real property now owned by <br /> J. Quarter Circle Mineral Co., LLC. <br /> J. Quarter Circle Mineral Co., LLC has access to the surface estate of the <br /> Frentress Ranch and has also acquired the mineral interests necessary to continue to operate the <br /> Frentress Gravel Pit.
