<br />Notice is hereby given of the filing of a Technical Re
<br />vision 115 (TR -115) to the Colowyo Coal Mine, Min
<br />ing Permit No. C-1981-019, by the Colowyo Coe
<br />Company L_P_, 5731 State Highway 13, Meeker, CC
<br />81641, with the Colorado Division Reclamation Min-
<br />ing and Safety, Colorado Department of Natural Re-
<br />sources, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver
<br />Colorado 80203. TR -115 a realign of the raw Ovate
<br />line to the Collom Mine, and an elevated structure tc
<br />house the water line over Taylor Creek_
<br />All of the areas to be affected by this Technical Revi
<br />sion are owned by Colowyo Coal Company L.P., Ax
<br />ial Basin Coal Company, and are located approxi-
<br />mately 28 miles south of Craig, Colorado, west of
<br />Colorado State Highway 13 and west of Moffat
<br />County Road 51.
<br />The affected area can be located on U_S_ Geologica
<br />Survey 7.5 -minute quadrangle map Nos. N4015
<br />W11245/7.5 (Axial, Colorado) and N4007.5
<br />W11245/7.5 (Ninemile Gap, Colorado) and is mon
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />All or portions of Sections 2-6, 7-11, 14-22, and 28
<br />30 of Township 3 North, Range 93 West, all or por-
<br />tions of Sections 13, 15-18, 20-24, 26-30, and 31-3z
<br />of Township 4 North, Range 93, all or portions of
<br />Sections 1-3, 10-12, and 14-15 of Township 3 North
<br />Range 94 West, and all or portions of Sections 12,
<br />13, 18, 23-27, and 34-36 of Township 4 North
<br />Range 94 West of the 6th P -M_, Moffat County an(
<br />Rio Blanco County, Colorado.
<br />A precise description of the Permit Boundary can be
<br />found in Volume 2A, Exhibit 1, Item 12 of the permit
<br />document and is included herein by reference.
<br />A copy of the application for the Technical Revisior
<br />is on file at the Moffat County Clerk and Recorder's
<br />Office in the Moffat County Courthouse located at
<br />221 West Victory Way, Craig, Colorado, 81625 and
<br />the Rio Blanco County Clerk and Recorder's Office
<br />in the Rio Blanco Courthouse located at 555 Main
<br />Street #303, Meeker, CO, 8164_ Questions con-
<br />cerning this Technical Revision should be directed
