Stover and Associates. Records were checked prior to heading
to the mine site. Availability of Records form is attached to the end of this report. No mine representatives
accompanied the inspection. Tamme Bishop of J.E. Stover and Associates was present during the records
check at the J.E. The mine site was dry, but it appeared from sediment on the roadway that
a sizable storm had moved through the area at some time previous to the inspection.

The ditches and sediment traps were in good condition. Culverts and sediment traps have been cleared of
sediment. The site appears to be ready for winter.

Drop structures at the portal area are clear and ready for winter months.
GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE:
The mine is idle with no personnel on the site. The mine site is locked, office is locked, items in the
yard are secured from weather (i.e. stored items are not blowing around). The portals are sealed, prohibiting
unauthorized access into the workings. The fan has been dismantled. All is quiet at the mine office and
facilities.

ROADS – Rule 4.03
