Clay material at Reach 1. <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />Construction activities continue along the Collom Haul Road. Topsoil stripping as well as cut and fill with <br />scrapers were the primary activities along the haul road. Rock scaling continues along rock outcrops along the mid <br />and lower section of the haul road. Rock from the area is being pulled away and staged. Water trucks were <br />observed watering area of the haul road which were active. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION – Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />The reclaimed Administration Building pad has significant vegetative growth in the area. <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />The temporary facility area was inspected. All drainage reports to the Temporary Facility Pond. Erosion control <br />BMPs were in place and no issues were observed. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br />Mine identification sign was inspected at the entrance to the Collom temporary facility area. All information for <br />compliance was observed. <br /> <br />TOPSOIL – Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06 .4: <br />All completed topsoil piles along the Collom Haul Road have been groomed and seeded. Each pile was clearly <br />marked with designation. Currently topsoil stripping was being placed on Topsoil Pile 25A. Silt fences were <br />constructed around the pile and no issues were observed. <br /> <br />
