We are impressed
with the project and feel that you will have very little impact on the
area's wildlife.
Your test plots for reclamation seem to -be proceeding well and this,
• coupled with the fact that only a small area will be disturbed at any
one time, greatly reduces any impact on wildlife species. As we
discussed, the area has been badly overgrazed in past years, and
you should actually improve the ersting habitat with your proposed
plan.
0
Please let me know if I can be of any assistance in the future and
;seep us ia:ormed of your progress.
Yours truly,
Allen Whitaker
Wildlife Environmentalist
AW:dh
CC: Don Bogart
C'oPRTMENT CF NAT'JQAL 7E-CURCFS.
