terms of the Agreement, Waste Services Company is obligated to
provide to Coors Energy Company all available engineering data,
including, but not limited to, hydrology, lithology, air reports,
environmental data and drilling data relating to Sections 25
and 36, T-)wnship 3 North, P;.age 64 West of the 6th P.H., County of

The foregoing engineering data will be provided by Waste Services
Conpany upon request of Coors Energy Company.
