The DRMS' letter dated October 11, 2017, transmitted its adequacy comments regarding RN7.
Following are SCC's responses to the DRMS' comments and concerns:
1. DRMS: Please assure the Division that SCC has consulted the most up-to-date
listing for threatened and endangered plant and animal species for the
permit area. Although no new disturbance is anticipated, updated species
lists are necessary. (Rule 2.04.11(4)).
SCC: Enclosed are revised permit pages 10-2 and 11-4, along with new Tables 10-1
and 11-4, updating and listing the most current threatened and endangered
species for Mesa County as per the U.S. Fish and Wildlife listings.
2. DRMS: With the approval of bond release 8, 9 and 10, and technical revision No.
70, please update Tab 12, page 12-3 to reflect the acreages released and
removed from the permit area boundary.
SCC: Enclosed are revised permit page 12-3 and Table 12-1 updating the acreages
within SCC's permit area boundary. Revised Table 13-1 is also enclosed with
updated information on the permit area building and structure inventory.
