<br />Surveyor's Notes:
<br />1- The original survey by Mountain Man Surveying dated 8-20-09 was found to have two
<br />seperate field data problems related to the location of the existing road, resulting in the
<br />inaccuracy of the actual easement location in relationship to the location of the existing road,
<br />as shown hereon. The area from the origina survey was discovered when performing a
<br />detailed topography survey of the entire area shown on this drawing. The existing road, as
<br />shown hereon, shown the relationship to the original easement and the resulting
<br />discrepency. The intent of this "Resurvey" is to correct any errors created by the original
<br />surby by Mounain Man Surveying dated 8-20-09 with regard to the resulting easement
<br />created per said survey and the true location of the existing road.
<br />2- The location denoted as "Disturbed Area" on the original survey by Mountain Man
<br />Surveying dated 8-20-09 was completed under the guidance of showing any area that was
<br />disturbed to the smallest degree. The area shown directly to the northwest of the larger
<br />wetlands area was not significantly affected, but was utilized for equipment storage. The
<br />limits of the "Distrubed Area" was intended to show the extreme perimeter of any area that
<br />was disturbed from the existing natural ground and not for as a part of the access road, as
<br />built.

<br />Surveyor's Notes:
<br />1- The original survey by Mountain Man Surveying dated 8-20-09 was found to have two
<br />seperate field data problems related to the location of the existing road, resulting in the
<br />inaccuracy of the actual easement location in relationship to the location of the existing road,
<br />as shown hereon. The area from the origina survey was discovered when performing a
<br />detailed topography survey of the entire area shown on this drawing. The existing road, as
<br />shown hereon, shown the relationship to the original easement and the resulting
<br />discrepency. The intent of this "Resurvey" is to correct any errors created by the original
<br />surby by Mounain Man Surveying dated 8-20-09 with regard to the resulting easement
<br />created per said survey and the true location of the existing road.
<br />2- The location denoted as "Disturbed Area" on the original survey by Mountain Man
<br />Surveying dated 8-20-09 was completed under the guidance of showing any area that was
<br />disturbed to the smallest degree. The area shown directly to the northwest of the larger
<br />wetlands area was not significantly affected, but was utilized for equipment storage. The
<br />limits of the "Distrubed Area" was intended to show the extreme perimeter of any area that
<br />was disturbed from the existing natural ground and not for as a part of the access road, as
<br />built.
