On October 6,2017,the Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety approved the succession of operators
from Camp Bird Colorado, Inc.to Caldera Mineral Resources, LLC for this operation. Caldera Mineral
Resources,LLC is now the permitted operator of the Camp Bird Mine,and as such, is responsible for all
provisions in M-1982-090,as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations.
Enclosed are the following bond and the Performance Warranty you originally provided.

Mineral Resources LLC for this permit.
