3.07 TIES,CHAIRS,SPACERS <br /> Reinforcement shall be accurately placed and adequately supported by concrete,metal or other approved <br /> spacers or ties and secured against displacement within the tolerance permitted. <br /> 3.08 PLACEMENT <br /> Unless otherwise specified by the Engineer,reinforcement shall be placed in specified positions within the <br /> following tolerances: <br /> A.
