Revegetation on the reclaimed section appeared to be excellent, with good cover and
species diversity, and no obvious weed problems.
 The survey stake at GVB-LW 9-05 had lost its ID tag, which should be replaced.
 The GVB-LW11-03 pad appeared to have been reclaimed, although not to AOC. AOC would be
impossible to achieve if the road is to remain, so it is another case where explicit landowner
approval will be required. The ARR does not show a record of the pad having been reseeded - this
will need to be addressed at the time of a bond release application.
 The GVB-LW12-03 pad was reclaimed in 2008 according to ARR records. The hole location was
marked with a survey stake and ID tag, and the vegetation looked good.
 The unreclaimed road segment (from Bear Creek road to GVB-LW10-05) had some sections
where Canada thistle and Common mullein were becoming established. Since these are both listed
noxious weeds in the state of Colorado, they should be “eradicated, contained or suppressed”
DOCUMENTS RECEIVED
N/A

OTHER (SPECIFY)
N/A

ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE

No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending.
