The Coal Program will issue its PAR letter on or before the statutorily - <br />mandated deadline of 11/7/17. Following receipt of the PAR letter, TCC will submit its <br />responses to the PAR letter within enough time for the Coal Program to review the <br />responses and issue by the statutorily -mandated deadline of 1/5/2018 its Proposed <br />Decision regarding RN5. <br />The Coal Program will incorporate unresolved issues raised in Foidel Creek Mine Mid - <br />Term Review MT7 into the Coal Program's PAR of Foidel Creek Mine Permit Renewal <br />Application RN7 (not yet submitted). Once the RN7 application is found Complete, the <br />Coal Program will issue its PAR letter within the following 60 days as mandated by <br />statute. Following receipt of the PAR letter, TCC will submit its responses to the PAR <br />letter to the Coal Program within enough time for the Coal Program to review the <br />responses and issue by the mandated due date its Proposed Decision regarding RN7. <br />• The Coal Program will incorporate unresolved issues raised in Williams Fork Mines <br />Mid -Term Review MT7 into the Coal Program's PAR of Williams Fork Mines Permit <br />Renewal Application RN7 (not yet submitted). Once the RN7 application is found <br />Complete, the Coal Program will issue its PAR letter within the following 60 days as <br />mandated by statute. Following receipt of the PAR letter, TCC will submit its responses <br />
