to the PAR letter to the Coal Program within enough time for the Coal Program to <br />review the responses and issue by the mandated due date its Proposed Decision <br />regarding RN7. <br />• Responses to the Coal Program's 4/3/15 adequacy review letter of the Peabody Sage <br />Creek Mine Permit Renewal Application RNl will be submitted to the Coal Program by <br />11/30/17. To allow time for the Coal Program to review the responses, the Coal <br />Program hereby extends the Proposed Decision Due Date for the RN1 application to <br />12/15/17. <br />• Responses to the Coal Program's 9/30/15 adequacy review letter for the Yoast Mine <br />RN4 application will be submitted to the Coal Program in time for the Coal Program to <br />issue a Proposed Decision by the currently -extended Proposed Decision Due Date of <br />11/10/17. <br />• Riders increasing the bonds held for the 10 under -bonded Coal Exploration Notices of <br />Intent listed above will be submitted to the Coal Program by November 30, 2017. <br />• If Peabody wishes to withdraw the Succession of Operator applications for the 4 Coal <br />Exploration Notices of Intent listed above, requests for those SO applications to be <br />withdrawn shall be submitted to Jason Musick in a timely manner. <br />The Coal Program looks forward to working with TCC to resolve these matters.
