In addition all laboratory quality control samples were within established control <br /> limits,with any exceptions noted below. Each sample was analyzed to achieve the lowest possible reporting limit within the constraints of <br /> the method. In some cases, due to interference or analytes present at high concentrations,samples were diluted. For diluted samples, <br /> the reporting limits are adjusted relative to the dilution required. <br /> Calculations are performed before rounding to avoid round-off errors in calculated results. <br /> All holding times were met and proper preservation noted for the methods performed on these samples, unless otherwise detailed in the <br /> individual sections below. <br /> ':I PT <br /> .amples were received on 08/18/2017;the samples arrived in good condition, properly preserved and on ice. The temperatures of <br /> the coolers at receipt time were 1.20 C and 2.4°C. <br /> DISSOLVED METALS(Method 200.7/200.8) <br /> MS/MSD analysis was performed on sample LTC-GW-3 CH3.The MS/MSD for Aluminum and Iron method 200.7 exhibited spike <br /> compound recoveries outside the QC limits.The acceptable LCS analysis data indicated that the analytical system was operating within <br /> control;therefore,corrective action is deemed unnecessary. <br /> Method(s)245.1:The following sample is logged for analysis via Field Filtered 245.1: LTC-GW-3 CH7.The sample contained a small <br /> amount of sediment that made the sample opaque when shaken.The sample will be filtered after the digestion and prior to analysis to <br /> remove any remaining sediment. <br /> No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/Glossary page. <br /> GENERAL CHEMISTRY-VARIOUS <br /> No analytical or quality issues were noted,other than those described above or in the Definitions/Glossary page. <br /> TestAmerica Denver <br /> Page 4 of 57 8/28/2017 <br />
