Records for this revision are a bit "spotty". <br />Elk Creek Mine (C-1981-022), TR -76, approved 12/1/2015: Change to an alternate post -mining land -use <br />of industrial (from fish and wildlife habitat) and the retention of several facilities for use by other parties, <br />including use for electricity generation and methane flaring. <br />Roadside Portals (C-1981-041), PR3, approved 7/30/2007: Change to an alternate post -mining land -use <br />of industrial (from fish and wildlife habitat) for the Kokopelli Fruit Stand. <br />Roadside Portals (C-1981-041), PR4, approved 3/11/2009: Change to an alternate post -mining land -use <br />of industrial (from fish and wildlife habitat) for the retention of the coal loadout, silos, and tracks for use by <br />Halliburton as a storage area for fracking sand. <br />Roadside Portals (C-1981-041), PR6, approved 11/18/2016: Change to an alternate post -mining land - <br />use of industrial (from fish and wildlife habitat) for the construction of a shooting range and educational <br />facilities in a joint venture between the Town of Palisade and Colorado DNR. <br />Carbon Junction Mine (C-1992-080), PR1, approved 9/15/2015: Change in post -mining land -use from <br />commercial/industrial/residential to fish and wildlife habitat. This was required by the Division because <br />there was no real prospect of the land ever being used as commercial/industrial/residential.
