EXHIBIT D-RECLAMATION PLAN
Page 7, 110
The reclamation plan for the mining operation for the Scott Blue II claim remains largely
unchanged. There is a $6,300.00 reclamation bond in place. The reclamation plan for the
amendment includes measures on the Scott Blue II claim and on adjacent private lands to
stabilize the affected areas and to control erosion. The berm along the east side of the
claim will be reestablished to prevent surface flows from outside the permit area from
entering into the Scott Blue II claim. A rock spillway will be constructed, if needed, to
prevent uncontrolled overtopping and excess erosion from storm events. All required
fences, berms and silt fences will be in place, will be maintained, and will be located
within the permit boundary. Overburden stockpiles and berms that will remain in place
over the winter will be seeded using the seed mix in my State Reclamation Plan. The seed
mix will be free of noxious weeds.
The amendment is only temporary for the adjacent private lands (period of time it takes
to complete the needed reclamation of areas outside the permit boundary) and once the
adjoining properties have been reclaimed to the property owners' and Division of
Reclamation, Mining and Safety satisfaction, this area will be released from my permit
area.
On R0002263, my plan is to repair the headcut on this property by placing large rock from my
nearby private land into the cut to stop the headcut and prevent further erosion. I would enter into
this tax lot from my BLM claim, just far enough, (no more than 30 feet), to place the rock with
my loader, place topsoil and return the area to approximate the surrounding land contours.
Following this, I would seed by hand using the seed mix in my State Reclamation Plan. The seed
mix will be free of noxious weeds.
On tax lot N0024741, my plan is to enter into this land from my BLM claim, just far enough, (no
more than 30 feet), to return the area to approximate the surrounding land contours. Following
this, I would seed by using hand tools and seed with the mix in my State Reclamation Plan. The
seed mix will be free of noxious weeds.
On tax lot R0002906,my plan is to enter into this land from my BLM claim, just far enough, (no
more than 30 feet), to return the area to approximate the surrounding land contours. Following
this, I would seed by using hand tools and seed with the mix in my State Reclamation Plan. The
seed mix will be free of noxious weeds.
On tax lots R0002627 and R0002738 my plan is to remove the berm material from this land using
my loader. I would enter into this land from my BLM claim, just far enough, (no more than 30
feet), to smooth out the berm material to approximate the surrounding land contours. Following
this,I would seed by hand using the seed mix in my State Reclamation Plan. The seed mix will be
free of noxious weeds.
