His primary expertise is the <br /> intersection of real estate, environmental cleanup, and public/private finance. <br /> A nationally recognized expert in brownfields, Eric's knowledge crosses all elements of <br /> successful brownfield redevelopment: structuring divestiture/acquisition deals with <br /> corporate owners of surplus properties, designing and implementing comprehensive risk <br /> management programs for Sellers and Buyers of brownfield properties, cleanup of <br /> contaminated properties, reuse and redevelopment of environmental sites, and financial <br /> structuring of complex real estate deals. Eric is a regular featured speaker at brownfield <br /> and real estate conferences across the country. <br /> In addition to being the President of Legacy Land Stewardship, Eric has also been the <br /> Executive Director at EnviroFinance Group, the company he worked for before launching <br /> Frontier Renewal. EnviroFinance group is a premier land reuse and redevelopment <br /> company with a track record for successfully remediating and repositioning <br /> environmentally challenged properties for productive reuse. <br /> Eric recently launched Tellurium Partners (www.telluriumpartners.com), an ecological <br /> mitigation banking company. <br /> Prior to EnviroFinance Group, Eric spent eight years as the Chief Executive Officer of <br /> Frontier Renewal,a brownfield redevelopment company he founded in 2008,and Chairman <br /> of the Board of Directors of Frontier Environmental Management, an environmental risk <br /> management company he founded in 2011.
