Though this is the third
extension request we have removed the tank in question and we are working for a solution to
remove and dispose of the necessary items (totes/drums) from the pit location. Staff
personnel is still extremely limited in the Durango area as we are in the peak season for
wrapping up paving and construction projects company wide. This final extension will allow
us ample time to coordinate to remove the miscellaneous barrells and other such hazardous
materials.
Thank you for your consideration of this request. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you
have any questions regarding this matter.
Sincerely,
Jonathan Mueller
Environmental Compliance Coordinator
Kilgore Companies dba Elam Construction
Phone: 970-242-5370
Email: ion.mueller@kilgorecompanies.com
cc: Lucas West
