Unit H <br />Grand Junction, CO 81505 <br />RE: North Thompson Creek Mines, Permit No. C-1981-025 <br />NPDES (CDPS), Permit No. CO -0048-233 <br />Review of the 2nd Quarter 2017 Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />Dear Mr. Stover, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (the Division) has received <br />and reviewed the Minrec Inc. 2"d Quarter 2017 Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) <br />for the North Thompson Creek Mines. Minrec Inc. submits DMRs to the Division in <br />accordance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). The reports were received on July 24, 2017. <br />During the quarter, no flow was recorded through the NPDES discharge point 001-A. <br />Therefore, no exceedances occurred for the parameters required to be monitored. <br />This concludes the Division's review of the 2"d Quarter 2017 Discharge Monitoring <br />Reports.
