The reports were
received on; August 2, 2017 (July report), September 7, 2017 (August report) and
October 4, 2017 (September report). The DMRs were submitted via email to the
Division. The reports cover the time period of; July 1 to July 31, August 1 to August 31,
and September 1 to September 30. The Division finds the reports to be in compliance
with Rule 4.05.13(2).
During the months of July, August and September 2017, there were no flows recorded at
the outfalls; therefore, there were no exceedances at these locations.
This concludes the Division's review of the 3' Quarter 2017 Discharge Monitoring Reports for
the Bowie No. 2 Mine.
