Box 535 <br />Somerset, CO 81434 <br />RE: Terror Creek Loadout, Permit No. C-1983-059 <br />3rd Quarter 2017 Discharge Monitoring Reports Review (COG -850028) <br />Dear Mr. Smith, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (the Division) has finished <br />reviewing the 2017 3`d Quarter Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs). The reports were <br />received on October 5, 2017. Thank you for your timely submittal. The DMRs were <br />submitted via email to the Division. The reports cover the time period of July 1, 2017 to <br />September 30, 2017. The Division finds the reports to be in compliance with Rule <br />4.05.13(2). <br />During the months of July, August and September, Outfall 001A (Sediment Pond) and <br />Outfall 002A (Dugout Pond) did not discharge. There were no exceedances recorded at <br />these locations. <br />This concludes the Division's review of the Yd Quarter 2017 Discharge Monitoring Reports for <br />the Terror Creek Loadout.
