PERMIT #: M-2008-050 <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: SJM <br />INSPECTION DATE: September 27, 2017 <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This inspection was conducted by the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) as part of <br />the normal monitoring program. The site is a 0.50 acre 110d mine consisting of an access road and an ore <br />stockpile. The site is 8 miles southeast of Gateway, Colorado in Mesa County. <br />Mr. Eric Eckberg of the Bureau of Land Management, Grand Junction Field Office accompanied me on the <br />inspection. <br />The maximum allowed disturbance is .50 acres and the current disturbance is approximately .50 acres. The <br />ore stockpile was stockpiled pre -law. <br />The site is active according to the Division's records. Since the annual inspection last year, no activity appears <br />to have occurred at the site. <br />Straw waddle stormwater protection was observed around the perimeter of the ore pile.
