(f) — (h) As stated above, MCC will rotary drill up to two exploration holes within the <br />previously disturbed areas of an existing unimproved road, and will P&A and reclaim the <br />site(s) immediately following drilling, assuming weather and ground conditions are <br />suitable. Because the site(s) are on previously disturbed areas (a road), no cultural <br />resources or threatened or endangered species surveys were completed. The sites will <br />be reclaimed to again be an unimproved road and seeded with native plant seeds, as <br />approved in MCC's permit for similar, adjacent areas. <br />11 <br />
