PLEASE SEE EXHIBIT "C" MINING MAP. <br /> (fl The depth of the deposit is 5 to 40 feet deep and the stratum immediately <br /> beneath the material to be mined is clay/ shale. <br /> (g) Sand, gravel and road base along with structural fill are the main commodities <br /> to be mined. There are no other commodities to be mined only construction <br /> aggregates. <br /> (h) Products from this mine site will be used for construction materials as defined <br /> by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety as follows: "Construction <br /> Materials" means rock, clay, silt, sand, gravel, limestone, dimension stone, marble <br /> or shale extracted for use in the production of non-metallic construction products. <br /> (i) No use of explosives will be used during mining or reclamation. <br />
