Surveyor's Note:
Mountain Man Surveying received description of Mayday #1, Mayday #2 and
Mayday #3 by Cliff Schmid Surveys dated August 21,1981 by the Mined Land
Reclamation, Colorado Department of Natural Resources. Mountain Man
Surveying's basis of bearing and distances were based on the BLM survey of Section
28 which also depicts mineral claims within Section 28. Mountain Man Surveying
located several Section Corners within Section 28, together with several Mineral
Claim corners shown on the Dependant Resurvey of Section 28. The descriptions of
Mayday #1, Mayday #2 and Mayday #3 per Cliff Schmid Surveys and did not have
a visual or platted location of Mayday #1, #2 or #3. After having surveyed the
"Lamb Portal", is was found that the record tie to the "Lamb Portal" within Mayday
#3, put the location of said "Lamb Portal" in Sections 28 and 23 when it should only
have been situated within Section 28; this put doubt as to the location of all
subsequent descriptions provided by Cliff Schmid Surveys. On August 30, 2011,
Mountain Man Surveying was provided with a map of Mayday &c Idaho
Mines-G.G.G.M.C. dated August 19,1981 which showed visually the locations of
the Lamb Portal, Mayday #1, Mayday #2 and Mayday #3. The intension of this
survey is to show the intended location of Mayday #1, based on the diagrams
provided and dated August 19,1.981.
