The BROOKLYN LODE, U.S. Survey No. 20171.
TRACT 11:
A tract of land being a portion of the Golden Rule Placer Mining Claim, U.S. Survey No.
8824, California Mining District, being more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at Corner No. 16 of said Golden Rule Placer Mining Claim, thence North 27
50' West. 1639.8 feet along the Easterly line of said Golden Rule Placer Mining Claim:
Thence South 6110' West. 424.8 feet to the Westerly line of said Golden Rule Placer
Mining Claim;
Thence South 31'27' East, 1620 feet, more or less, along said Westerly line to Corner No.
17 of said Golden Rule Placer Mining Claim;
Thence South 8944' East, 384.7 feet, more or less, along the Southerly line of said
Golden Rule Placer Mining Claim to the point of beginning.

Thence West 390 feet, more or less, along the Northerly boundary of said tract,
Reception No. 414617, to the County Road;
Thence Northerly 425 feet, more or less, along East boundary line of said County Road to
the Southwest corner of that tract of land described in Warranty Deed recorded August
21, 1963 in Book 465 at Page 503;
Thence East along the Southerly boundary of said tract, Book 465 at Page 503, 450 feet,
