W <br />(5) Proposed Uses <br />Storage for mining and milling uses on the Idaho Millsite including but not limited to <br />settling of tailings from the mill outlet. <br />6 Reservoir Surface Area and Dam Dimensions <br />a) Surface area of reservoir at high water line: 0.4 acres <br />b) Maximum Dam Height: 13 feet. Maximum height from emergency <br />spillway to the lowest natural ground surface along the longitudinal <br />centcrline of the dam: 10 feet (ion -jurisdictional). <br />c) Length of Dam: 200 feet <br />(7) Land Qwnership <br />The land upon which the pond will be located is owned by Clements. <br />10, The Augmentation Plan is described as follow',: <br />(A) Qut of Priority Diversions to be augmented: those at the Idaho Mill Diversion. <br />(B) Plan Details <br />a) When the IMD surface water right is in priority, water will be diverted at IMI) <br />and distributed directly for Idaho Mill operations, to fill Wildcat Augmentation Ponds 1 <br />and 2, and to fill the Idaho Mill Settling Pond, if necessary. All out of priority diversions <br />under the IMD shall be administered as 100% depletive to the La Plata River. When the <br />IMD is not in priority, diversions for the mill operations from the IMD will continue only <br />to the extent that augmentation water is available in the two Augmentation Ponds to <br />replace diversions.
