Northern Colorado Constructors, Inc. has received the Division's third adequacy review
comments letter dated September 19, 2017. As a result of the Division's comments, we are
crequesting an extension of the decision date` Because additional information may be needed
and additional time is needed for your review, Northern Colorado Constructors, Inc. would like to
request an extension to the current September 28, 2017 decision date for this 112c Permit
Application to October 19, 2017. This extension is required for Northern Colorado Constructors,
Inc. to have sufficient time to gather and develop the additional information, and for the Division
to review it and finish review of the response information we will be providing to you for the
Divisions third adequacy review comments.
