Topsoil pile 9EFL at East Flume is stable and well vegetated. <br />2. Topsoil pile G06DG at Deal #1 <br />3. Topsoil pile FWF971 at West Flume <br />4. Topsoil piles SP594 and SP694 near Sage Pond <br />5. Topsoil pile WP2 between the West Pyeatt Ponds exhibited a persistent stand of <br />thistles. <br />6. Topsoil pile HRS at Horse Gulch fill. <br />o Vegetation appeared adequate and slopes stable on observed topsoil piles <br />throughout the site. No instability was apparent. <br />o Topsoil piles observed were marked appropriately. <br />o Stripping was occurring and topsoil was being placed at pile G 102 and near the <br />ready line. <br />o Topsoil from pile G102 was being placed and graded at parcel KAB17. The <br />drainage channel was mostly constructed in this parcel at time of inspection. <br />Topsoil depths here will be verified in subsequent inspections. <br />o Topsoil placement will cease near the end of October due to lack of moisture as <br />some precipitation is necessary to secure and stabilize placed topsoil. <br />o Contour ditches are in place in the newly stripped areas. <br />o Topsoil placement and removal activities appeared to be adequate. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br />Page 7 of 9 <br />
